Who am I?

My name is Laura and I am a qualified and licensed practitioner of acupuncture and naturopathic herbal medicine. During a consultation, I use my diagnostic skills and experience across these subjects to help assess and address the root cause of any disharmony.

What does a consultation look like?

A consultation will be an hour to take detailed notes on a client’s medical history, lifestyle, diet and any mental and/or physical symptoms or concerns. I view the body holistically, so like to understand how one body system might be affecting another.

What is herbal medicine?

Whether you see the body as a machine or an ecosystem, herbal medicine harnesses the power of plants to work with specific body systems to restore balance.

I use traditional tinctures, powders and teas which are all grown and harvested to become potent enough to have a medicinal effect on the body.  Where needed, I can safely assess the use of any herbs alongside any existing medication.  A treatment plan is always supported with naturopathic advice (advice on food/ supplements/ lifestyle).

What symptoms can medicinal herbs help with?

Allergies and asthma

Depression, stress and anxiety

Digestion

Eczema and other skin conditions

Fatigue

Fertility

Hormonal imbalances

Immunity

Pain

Sleep

How much are sessions?

The combined initial (1 hour) and follow up (30-40 mins) session cost is £70.

Any subsequent sessions are £50 for 1 hour.

I can offer both video call and face to face consultations in London.

The cost of the consultation does not include the cost of the medicinal herbs.  These can start from £20 for a 2-week supply in either a dried herb, ready made tincture or powder format.
